Iain Robb


Chairman, Board of Directors.

Iain Robb is a retired Partner from Gowling WLG. Mr. Robb was called to the bar in Ontario in 1990 after graduating from McGill University (B.A.) and the University of Toronto (LL.B.).

Mr. Robb practiced corporate and securities law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and its predecessor firms over a 26-year career on Bay Street before retiring in 2015. His experience includes both large and small mergers and acquisitions involving both public issuers and private companies. He has also acted for a large number of venture capital funds on corporate, regulatory and fund raising matters.

Currently Mr. Robb serves as a corporate director for a few funds and corporations and runs his own small legal practice focussed primarily on the acquisition and divestiture of private companies and the financing of those companies.

Christopher Albion


President & Managing Partner.

Chris Albion is the President and Managing Partner of Helping Hands Healthcare. He works directly with all hospital partners and private patients to collaborate on their healthcare staffing needs, ensuring Helping Hands Healthcare is well positioned to anticipate and meet every staffing need for both hospital and private patients alike. His responsibilities include market, service and program development, trend analysis and reporting. He manages the strategic partnership development opportunities for Helping Hands Healthcare along with stakeholder engagement. Chris is an expert in market and trend analysis in relation to healthcare, financial planning, and has significant experience in project management and strategic planning.

In his previous role as President of an Engineering company, Emcara, Chris developed relationships with international automotive companies such as, Toyota, Daimler, and BMW. Chris specializes in strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, financial and strategic planning and market analysis.

Glenn Graves


CFO & Managing Partner.

Glenn is the Chief Financial Officer for Helping Hands Healthcare and works with major hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area to ensure collaborative budgeting and financial management with our partner hospitals. He has extensive leadership experience in finance and treasury groups in the Healthcare industry, and companies including Tim Hortons, Nortel Networks, and Celestica. Overall, he has closed over $5B in debt financing deals over his vast career.

Previously as CFO/COO of Emcara, Glenn assisted in growing and diversifying the customer base globally by establishing distributors outside of North America. He was also instrumental in banking relationships, cash management systems, stabilizing back-office operations and scalable business processes.

Nora Constas

M.BA, M.N., B.N, NP-PHC.

Healthcare Expert & Senior Clinical Advisor.

Nora was Senior Vice President and a Senior Consultant within Marsh Toronto’s Marsh Risk Consulting and is MRC’s National Leader in Healthcare and Clinical Risk. She offers clients almost 20 years of academic and healthcare experience including process improvement and quality improvement strategy projects.

Nora has worked nationally and internationally with various health care organizations including acute care, senior and long-term care facilities, and alongside allied health care professionals to provide advisory and risk management services resulting in improved patient outcomes, improved provision of services and risk mitigation strategies.

Prior to her current role at Marsh, Nora was a Lead Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a Streamline Care Unit for a large Toronto hospital. Within this sub-unit of the hospital’s General Pediatrics centre, Nora developed and implemented strategies to streamline the care delivery model.

Scott Bonikowsky

Managing Partner.

Scott Bonikowsky has more than 30-years of senior leadership experience with some of Canada’s largest and most iconic companies. An entrepreneur, Scott is Managing Partner with Helping Hands and also Owner and Chief Commercial Officer of Pump Hospitality Group.

Prior to acquiring a restaurant group, Scott led Public Affairs for Maple Leaf Foods and was Senior Vice-President, Global Corporate Affairs for Scotiabank. Prior to that he was Chief Corporate Affairs and Communications Officer for Tim Hortons and led Corporate Affairs for Canadian Tire Corporation.

He is an expert in stakeholder engagement, government relations, digital and social media, reputation management and public relations. He has served as a Board Director for Halton Healthcare Services, ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, where he was also Chairman, Stewardship Ontario and Restaurants Canada.

Advisory Board

John Fleming

Chairman, Advisory Board.

Governance, Leadership and Coaching Expert. Formerly Deputy Minister, Government of Ontario, CEO of The Arthritis Society and municipal Chief Administrative Officer.

John Fleming rapidly rose through the management ranks of local and provincial governments as well as not-for-profits, achieving top leadership positions in several organizations. Prior to establishing his own consulting business, and partnering with the Institute on Governance as a Senior Associate, John was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Arthritis Society. His calling to public service included Deputy Minister appointments in the Government of Ontario in Community and Social Services, Correctional Services, Solicitor General and the Environment.

John’s deep public service experience also includes roles as the Chief or City Administrator for Halton Region and London, Ontario. He served on numerous boards and committees and recently Chaired the Board of Directors of Halton Healthcare Services, serving more than a decade on the Board. He currently serves as a Senior Associate with the Institute on Governance; as Integrity Commissioner for the Town of Caledon and on the Board of Governors of Sheridan College. In the past he has been a director of OMERS Sponsors Corporation, the governing board of one of Canada’s largest pension plans.

Ross Chapin

Expert in Assisted Living and Residential Care. President and CEO for Assisted & Independent Living Limited (Inspirit Residences) and Highview Residences.

Ross is an entrepreneur who most recently has focused his efforts on creating Residences for retirement living that specializes in designing homes where seniors can live, when they can no longer live in their traditional home. Initially focused on assisted and independent living the past 15 years has been devoted to designing, building and operating Residences for those with dementia.

Prior to returning to the entrepreneurial arena Ross dedicated 10 years to the public hospital sector as Vice-President, Finance and information Management for the London Health Sciences Centre. During that time he assisted with the amalgamation of University and Victoria Hospitals in London.

Ross has participated in the public service sector by serving on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex and Mission Services of London as well as both of their Foundations.

Tony Dagnone

Healthcare expert. Former Chief Executive Officer, London Health Sciences Centre, former Chairman, Ontario Hospital Association, Commissioner of Saskatchewan Patient First Review.

Tony Dagnone is a Canadian healthcare expert with over forty years of experience within the healthcare system. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the amalgamated Victoria and University Hospitals, now called London Health Sciences Centre. Tony served as the Chairman of the Ontario Hospital Association, and currently serves as a Director.

Recently serving as Commissioner of Saskatchewan’s Patient First Review, Tony has also served on the Board of Cancer Care Ontario since September 2001.

Prior to joining University Hospital, Mr. Dagnone spent 25 years at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, including 15 years as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also served as the Chairman of Canadian College of Health Leaders Board.

An active community leader, Tony frequently presides over the Citizenship Court in London, Ontario, was awarded the Queen’s Jubilee Medal in 2003 and was granted the Order of Canada in 1991 for his work in the community and in the healthcare field. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific & Western Bank and has been an external Board Member of Medbuy Corporation since 2012.

Tony Iantorno

Corporate Leader and Business Strategist President and CEO Accelero Management Consulting, former CEO, Rx Canada.

Tony Iantorno is dedicated to elevating and supporting organizations undergoing transformational change. A sought-after change agent and Certified Health Executive (CHE), he led Rx Canada in the creation of a real-time decision support platform revolutionizing the way retail pharmacists deliver patient services. Over the last many years, Tony has provided his change management, business process and policy expertise to many healthcare organizations including Reformulary Group, OntarioMD, Trillium Health, and Weight Watchers Canada.

Before dedicating his expertise to the healthcare sector, Tony was an industry pioneer, serving as the first CFO of NBC Interactive. Offering his fresh perspective and innovative approach, he also facilitated the development of the quality culture at General Electric, having led a corporate wide best practices review of Trane Corporation. Tony has also started and sold his own web services company that developed live play applications for the Canadian Football League, Skate Canada and National Lacrosse League.

Tony has been an active member on boards in both the corporate and academic sectors including B Sharp Technologies, Rx Canada Inc., Toronto French School and while at the University of Toronto, on the MHSc program Advisory and Curriculum Committee.

Dr. Hanif Jamal


Healthcare Expert. Physician. Medical Director, Iasis Health Management. Preventative Health Physician, Cleveland Clinic Canada. Hospitalist, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Assistant Clinical Professor, McMaster University.

Dr. Jamal is an accomplished physician and currently serves as a Hospitalist at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, where he has treated acute-care patients for more than 10 years. In his capacity as Medical Director of Iasis Health Management, he focuses on complex case management and optimizing healthcare navigation.

At Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Jamal is the Medical Innovations Lead and a Preventative Health Physician, where he focuses on empowering his patients to take control of their health and develop solutions that are sustainable for their long-term wellness and success. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the McMaster University Department of Family Medicine.

Dr. Jamal has served as a guest medical columnist for CBC and been published in international medical journals and in his own television health special. He is active in philanthropy and serves on several boards and physician leadership councils.

Johanne McNally Myers

Human Resources and Recruitment Expert. Chief People Officer Hub International, Significant expertise in career development, talent management, recruitment and leadership.

Johanne is an accomplished human resources executive with senior leadership roles in Hub International, Tim Hortons Inc. and CBC. A collaborative human resources executive, Johanne drives strategic initiatives by partnering with organizations to achieve results. She has extensive experience in a broad range of human resources disciplines. Johanne is known for her demonstrated ability to identify areas of opportunity and affect change by building and leveraging organizational knowledge and strong relationships at all levels of the organization. She has a genuine communication style that is direct and transparent. Johanne’s areas of expertise include leadership, career development, recruitment and talent management.

Bill Moir

Co-Founder of Upstream Content Creation, former Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Tim Hortons Inc.

Bill Moir is a widely-known and respected Canadian marketing leader who led brand development and marketing for the iconic Canadian brand Tim Hortons from 1990 – 2014. He was also President of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation from 2008 to 2016. More recently, he helped found and launch Upstream Content Creation.

Bill is currently a Director of Trillium Health Partners Foundation, and a past recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. His achievements include being named Marketer of the Year by Marketing Magazine, one of the Top 10 Marketers in the World by Advertising Age, and being lauded by having Tim Hortons recognized as Brand of the Decade by Strategy Magazine. Prior to joining Tim Hortons, Bill gained extensive experience with other leading organizations including Labatt Breweries and Shell Oil.
